The First Weaving of Light - A Receiving of Kimoon K’uxlaal

This image above, of the inner cellular light

is a sacred reflection of Kimoon K’uxlaal —

the great weaving of many into the One Heart.

Focus of this image: “Presence Light of Joy through the Hearth Within “Tree”

Receive the breath within your heart and skull emerging into a flowing softness.

Receive the light behind your eyes as being gentle.

Receive the memory of who you are

Through the flow of the light within kindness.

Receive the breath within your skull emerging into a flowing softness.

Receive the light behind your eyes as being gentle.

Receive the memory of who you are

Through the flow of the light within kindness.

Open to Receive the inner cellular light of the Heart Within your center chest area of your body,

with the Heart Within the Seven Sacred Landscapes

of the Tz’utujiil Maya world:

• The Three Volcanoes

• The Lake

• The Forest of Trees

• The Cornfields

• The Spirit of the Moonflower

• The Cloud Forest

• The Mountains

And it is the weaving of both of these

into the Heart Within Voice 1 —

the quiet place beneath the pain, the ache, the suffering.

The part of Voice 1 that is still willing to receive light.

This is the first wave of weaving:

It begins not with thought, but with a simple act of asking to receive. Where we can begins to feel within our cellular light can be weaved within the Light within the Heart of the Land that holds our inner light for the Renewal of our justified anger.

Place your hand gently over your heart.

Let the skin feel the warmth of your own presence.

Breathe.

And whisper this from the inside:

“Heart Within me,

I am ready to receive

the cellular light

of these sacred landscapes.

Let your weaving come into me.

Let your light be known in my bones.

I welcome the light of the land

into the heart of my body.”

Speak it once.

Then rest.

Rest in the quiet knowing

that the weaving has already begun.

That the light from the Lake,

the breath from the Cloud Forest,

the deep stillness of the Mountains,

the gentle root of the Cornfields,

the heat of the Volcanoes,

the bloom of the Moonflower,

the standing wisdom of the Trees —

—is already entering and awakening your cells.

This is Kimoon K’uxlaal:

Not an idea, but a living act of being woven.

Of letting the many forms of Heart

gather into one sacred body of light.

The Presence of Joy in the Home

Moving from Voice 1 to the Heart Within Voice 1

A Ceremonial Reflection and Practice

Opening Blessing

Nawal Mosbel Joloom, quiet breath of the One Heart,

enter my home,

enter my body,

enter my breath.

Let the walls hear my gratitude.

Let the corners feel my presence.

Let the rooms, the garden,

the bricks and beams and soil,

know that I have not forgotten their quiet service.

Teach me to see them with the light of my heart,

and not only with the burden of my Voice 1.

Take three deep, slow breaths.

With each exhale, soften the shoulders and jaw, letting the body settle into stillness.

Introduction

The home is more than walls, rooms, and objects.

It is a vessel that has held your seasons of living —

your laughter and your tears, your rest and your striving, your solitude and your gatherings.

Yet, under the weight of Voice 1, home can become only a list of what is broken, old, or unworthy.

The chipped tiles, the peeling paint, the appliances that don’t work, the neighbors that intrude —

each one becomes a voice of scarcity and failure,

a whisper that says, “You are not enough, and neither is this space.”

Today’s writings invite a turning —

from the harshness of Voice 1 into the quiet strength of the Heart Within Voice 1,

where the Presence of Joy is always available,

and where Nawal Mosbel Joloom — the silent breath of the One Heart — offers her steady, luminous companionship.

Through breath, intention, and the awakening of the nine senses,

you are guided to see your home —

kitchen, bathroom, living room, study, garden, and every corner —

as a living ally in your journey.

The outer challenges remain,

but your inner relationship shifts:

from frustration to gratitude,

from heaviness to quiet hope,

from isolation to the steady belonging of being part of the One Heart.

This is not denial.

This is the deep weaving of Kimoon K’uxlaal,

where Joy is not a fleeting feeling but a living light

that moves through you, through your senses, and into the spaces you call home.

Naming the Voice 1 Perceptions

Begin by walking through your home in your mind —

or, if possible, walk slowly through the space itself.

Voice 1 speaks sharply here:

• In the kitchen: “The counters are chipped, the tiles are stained, the appliances keep breaking.”

• In the bathroom: “The grout is crumbling, the fixtures are old, nothing feels fresh.”

• In the living room: “The furniture is tired, the walls scuffed, the space feels heavy.”

• In the study: “Piles of unfinished work, books stacked, a sense of chaos.”

• Outside the home: “The paint is peeling, the garden overgrown, neighbors too close, looking in.”

Pause for a moment.

Notice how this perspective feels in the body —

the tension, the heaviness, the sense of failure or overwhelm.

Receiving the Presence of Light

Bring to mind your chosen way of connecting with Nawal Mosbel Joloom —

perhaps her image, her statue, a landscape you’ve received her presence in,

or the felt sense of her hand resting at the base of your skull.

Inhale slowly.

Exhale with a whisper:

“I open to the light behind my eyes.

I open to the quiet heart within.”

Feel that light moving gently from the heart center to the sacral area,

weaving the inner cellular light of your body into a steady glow.

Let that glow radiate gently through your chest and into the space around you.

The Nine Senses in the Heart Within Voice 1

Now, one by one, bring your nine senses into this presence.

This can be done in stillness, or as you slowly move through your home.

1. Sight

See each space with gratitude.

Noticing what has been steady, what has held you over the years.

“These walls have sheltered me.”

2. Hearing

Listen to the hum of the house: the pipes, the wind, the quiet.

“This home has a voice, and it speaks of belonging.”

3. Smell

Notice the scents in each room — cooking, books, soil, air.

“This is the fragrance of my life lived fully here.”

4. Taste

Remember the meals shared, the coffee brewed, the water drunk.

“This kitchen has nourished me.”

5. Touch

Rest your hand on the wall, the counter, the table.

“These surfaces have held my weight, my presence, my life.”

6. Temperature

Notice the coolness or warmth of each room.

“This home carries the seasons with me.”

7. Pain

Feel the ache of what is broken or unfinished — and let it be held.

“I see what needs tending, but I hold it with care, not judgment.”

8. Movement

Walk slowly, noticing how the house supports you, the ways you move through it daily.

“These pathways are my rhythms, my patterns of living.”

9. Balance

Stand in stillness.

Feel yourself grounded in the home, and the home grounded in you.

“I belong here, and this space belongs with me.”

Weaving Joy and Hope

Now, from this place of inner light, let the rooms shift in your awareness.

They are no longer broken projects.

They are companions — spaces that have carried you through seasons of life,

and that now wait patiently for renewal.

Whisper softly:

“I see what is, and I hold it in gratitude.

In time, this home will be refreshed,

and until then, we will grow together —

with quietness, with caring, with hope.”

Closing Blessing

Return to the center of your home,

or the place that feels most grounded to you.

Place a hand on your heart, another on your sacral area.

“Nawal Mosbel Joloom,

thank you for weaving the light of quiet joy in me.

May my home feel my gratitude.

May my eyes see its gifts.

May my heart rest in the knowing

that the outer renewal will come in its time.

Until then, may my inner light

make this space a place of blessing,

of quiet hope,

and of the One Heart.”

Take one last deep breath,

and release it slowly.

The ceremony is complete.

Here is a guided ceremonial way to perceive your home.

It invites you to open each room to the presence of Nawal Mosbel Joloom, receive the inner cellular light into your heart and sacral areas, and transmute the Voice 1 reactions into the inner stillness and quiet hope of the Heart Within Voice 1.

This practice is best done slowly, taking 3–5 minutes in each room, allowing the nine senses to open one by one in each space.

Ceremony of Receiving Light in the Home

Walking With Nawal Mosbel Joloom

Opening Centering (2 minutes)

Stand or sit near the center of your home.

Close your eyes.

Place one hand over your heart and one over your sacral area.

Breathe naturally:

• Inhale through the nose naturally.

• Exhale gently through your nose naturally.

Whisper softly:

“Nawal Mosbel Joloom,

I open to your presence of light.

Weave my inner cellular light with yours,

that my heart may see clearly,

that my senses may awaken in gratitude,

that my home may be held in the quiet joy of the One Heart.”

Pause and feel her quiet presence — like a warm, steady light entering your hart and at the base of your skull and softening the tension behind your eyes.

Step-by-Step Practice Through the Rooms

• Pain: The longing for privacy — held without bitterness.

• Movement: Your body rooted in the earth.

• Balance: The steadiness of ground holding you.

Whisper:

“This land breathes with me; I belong here.”

Closing Gratitude

Return to the center of your home.

Place a hand on your heart, and one on your sacral area.

Speak softly:

“Nawal Mosbel Joloom,

thank you for weaving my inner light with the light of this home.

May every room feel my gratitude.

May every sense carry the quiet of the One Heart.

I trust that renewal will come,

and until then, I live here with joy, courage, and hope.”

Take natural breaths.

With each exhale, imagine the inner stillness settling deeper into your body.

Summary of Today’s Writings

1. Naming Voice 1 in the Home

• Voice 1 sees only what is broken or unfinished.

• Every room becomes a project, every corner a reminder of scarcity.

• The body carries tension and heaviness in response to these thoughts.

2. Receiving the Presence of Light

• Through breath and stillness, the light of Nawal Mosbel Joloom is invited into the inner cellular light of the heart and sacral areas.

• This presence softens the reactive patterns of Voice 1 and begins the shift into Heart Within Voice 1 — the quiet intelligence of Joy.

3. Awakening the Nine Senses

• Each sense becomes a doorway to gratitude and grounded presence:

• Sight: Seeing what has been steady and supportive.

• Hearing: Hearing the hum and quiet of a home that shelters.

• Smell: Receiving the familiar scents as comfort.

• Taste: Remembering the nourishment shared here.

• Touch: Feeling the walls, the counters, the objects that have held your life.

• Temperature: Noticing the seasonal shifts, the aliveness in the air.

• Pain: Honoring the wear and longing without judgment.

• Movement: Recognizing the rhythms of your body in the space.

• Balance: Feeling grounded, safe, and present.

4. Room-by-Room Weaving

• In the kitchen, gratitude for meals and nourishment.

• In the bathroom, honoring the daily rituals of cleansing and renewal.

• In the living room, seeing the memories and the holding of life.

• In the study, softening shame and recognizing growth.

• In the garden or outdoor space, finding grounding and connection even amid neighbors or overgrowth.

5. The Inner Shift

• The outer conditions of the home remain unchanged — for now.

• But the inner reality transforms:

• From frustration to gratitude.

• From overwhelm to quiet hope.

• From disconnection to belonging.

• This shift plants the seeds for future renewal,

and even before the outer changes, the home begins to feel alive again

because the relationship has been restored.

Closing Blessing

“Nawal Mosbel Joloom,

you have shown me that my home is not broken —

it is alive, waiting, patient, and steady.

You have shown me that the light within my heart

can awaken the light in these walls,

these rooms, these gardens.

I will walk my home with gratitude.

I will rest here in quiet hope.

And I will wait with joy

for the time of renewal,

knowing that I am already whole

and already woven

into the One Heart.”
